摘要

介绍了电镀设备中剥挂系统的原理、工艺流程及设计的重点与难点,通过对各个工艺进行深入研究,结合不同剥挂工艺各自的特点进行针对性的结构设计.通过对结构的创新性设计实现良好的剥挂工艺性能.在客户端对剥挂系统进行测试验证,可保证在线对夹具进行剥挂且剥挂效果均达到产线要求.剥挂系统具有各自的特点和用途,可以满足客户多样化的需求.

Abstract

This paper introduces the principle,process flow and key points and difficulties of the stripping system in the electroplating equipment,conducts in-depth research and analysis of each process,and carries out targeted structural design in combination with the unique characteristics of each stripping process.Through the innovative structural design of each structure,the performance of each stripping process is realized.After the test and verification of the stripping system corresponding to various stripping processes in the customer's site,the clamps are stripped online and the stripping effect meets the requirements of the equipment.The design of each stripping system achieves the function of design and planning,and each stripping system has its own characteristics and uses,which can meet the diverse needs of customers.
