主要介绍了氧化铜粉溶解系统结构设计等,重点介绍了氧化铜粉溶解系统设计中遇到的难点.通过对各个环节的创新设计,实现了氧化铜粉在溶解系统中快速、无污染地溶解,为电镀自动化生产设备实时提供铜离子浓度稳定的药液,保持自动化电镀设备连续不间断生产.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the structural design of copper oxide powder dissolving system,and the difficulties encountered in the design of copper oxide powder dissolving system.Through various innovative designs,the rapid and pollution-free dissolution of copper oxide powder in the dissolving system is realized,and the liquid with stable copper ion concentration is provided for the automatic electroplating equipment in real time,so as to maintain the continuous production of the automatic electroplating equipment.
