Mini LED封装技术有光学一致性的难题,优化印制电路板(PCB)板面墨色的色差ΔE容差范围成为改善光学一致性的基石.ΔE容差范围越小,光学一致性就越出色.目前,在行业中主要通过控制阻焊油墨的色差来调控ΔE容差范围.然而,油墨的调配、印刷厚度的均匀性、烘烤温度的稳定性,以及不同油墨批次之间的差异,都可能影响PCB板面的色差.针对这一问题,提出一种次外层采用黑色半固化片(PP)作为叠层结构的方案,当外层线路图形经过蚀刻后,黑色PP显露出来,形成均匀的黑色底纹.结合实际生产过程中的控制要点,深入分析与论证,确保色差范围在0.25 NBS色差单位以内,从而实现了理想化的视觉效果.
Mini LED packaging technology has optical consistency problems,and optimizing the color difference ΔE tolerance range of printed circuit board(PCB)panel ink color has become the cornerstone of improving optical consistency.The smaller the ΔE tolerance range,the better the optical consistency.In the current industry,the ΔE tolerance range is mainly regulated by controlling the color difference of solder resistance inks.However,the dispensing of ink,the uniformity of printing thickness,the stability of baking temperature,and the differences between different ink batches may affect the color difference of the PCB surface.In this paper,a scheme of using black prepreg(PP)as a laminated structure for the secondary outer layer is proposed.When the outer circuit pattern is etched,the black PP is revealed to form a uniform black background.Combined with the control points in the actual production process,in-depth analysis and certification ensure that the color difference range is within 0.25 NBS(NBS refers to a color difference unit formulated by the National Bureau of Standards),so as to achieve an idealized visual effect.
