摘要
如今Mini LED对印制电路板(PCB)的反光率要求越来越高,而且成本控制越来越严格.首先,针对高反光率要求的产品,提出了二次印刷白色阻焊剂的工艺方案,以减少高价值油墨物料的使用;其次,提出了非灯珠面采用印刷绿色阻焊剂和防止假性漏铜的方案;最后,针对容易发生阻焊油墨侧蚀的问题,提出了激光开窗方案保障其良品率,降低生产成本.
Abstract
For theapplication of mini LED,the requirement on the reflectance rate of the printed circuit board(PCB)is becoming higher and higher,while the cost needs to be as low as possible.At first this article proposes a method of using white solder mask twice to save the consumption of high value printing ink.Then,it is proposed to use green solder mask to print the reverse side of LED,and a scheme to prevent the fake copper leakage is given.At last,for the undercut of solder mask ink,the laser window opening scheme is adopted to guarantee the yield and save costs.
