摘要
介绍了一种电解铜箔的生箔一体机,其包括生箔组、隔断墙、后处理检测组和分切收卷组.该生箔一体机将电解铜箔的生箔、后处理及分切3项任务分区进行,3个区域分别使用不同的净化水平,可以有效降低洁净车间内部环境的成本;3个工作区域相互连续,可以保证生箔、后处理、检测、分切几个工序同时进行,消去了各个工序之间的时间损耗,大幅提升了工作效率.
Abstract
A raw foil integrated machine for electrolytic copper foil,is introduced,which includes a raw foil group,a partition wall,a post-processing detection group,and a cutting and winding group.This foil production machine divides the three tasks of electrolytic copper foil production,post-processing,and splitting into different working areas.Different purification levels are used in the three areas,which can effectively reduce the cost of the internal environment of the clean workshop.The three working areas are continuous,ensuring that the production,post-processing,testing,and splitting processes can be carried out simultaneously,eliminating time loss between adjacent processes and greatly improving the work efficiency.
