主要介绍智能制造的关键技术,包括信息与通信技术、工业自动化技术、先进制造技术、现代企业管理,用于指导印制电路板(PCB)智能工厂的建设实践.通过解析智能制造的一般构成,在实践中建立PCB智能工厂的架构,以工厂中的质量追溯需求输出实践案例.对PCB智能工厂建设中的实施注意事项给出建议.
Abstract
This paper introduces the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing,including information and communication technology,industrial automation technology,advanced manufacturing technology,and modern enterprise management,so as to guide the construction practice of printed circuit board(PCB)intelligent factory.Through the analysis of the general architecture of intelligent manufacturing,the architecture of PCB intelligent factory is established in practice,and the practical case is given with the quality traceability requirements in PCB factory.Suggestions for the matters needing attention in the construction of PCB intelligent factory.
