摘要
企业数字化转型中,对生产状态实时监控、停机报警提醒、设备状态监控、异常情况及时处理及生产效率等要求大幅提高,现有的模式存在信息滞后、信息真实性存疑、异常情况处理不及时等问题.安灯系统的实现能有效解决这些问题.从安灯系统设计和实现展开论述,以论证其在企业数字化转型中提高生产质量和效率的关键作用.
Abstract
With the digital transformation of enterprises,the requirements for real-time monitoring of production status,shutdown alarm reminder,equipment status monitoring,timely processing of abnormal situations,and production efficiency have been greatly raised and the existing model has problems such as information lag,uncertain information authenticity,and not-in-time handling of abnormal situation.The implementation of an Andon system can effectively solve these problems.In this paper,the design and implementation of the Andon system will be discussed to demonstrate its key role in improving production quality and efficiency in the digital transformation of enterprises.
