Coated aluminum foil entry board is widely used in high-precision,high-density,micro-aperture printed circuit board(PCB)mechanical drilling processing.The quality of the product apparent coating seriously affects the reliability of PCB processing.In this paper,based on the actual production situation of the company's coated aluminum foil entry board,the causes and solutions of the apparent defects such as particles,shrinkage holes,bubbles,floating color and streaks frequently appearing in the process of aluminum foil coating are analyzed,which improves the pass rate and production efficiency of the products,and ensures the stability of drilling quality.
