This paper studies the miniaturization 77 GHz millimeter wave radar antenna printed circuit board(PCB).The main contents include the following aspects:using four different materials to make the PCB,and solving the problems of interlayer,core board and the PCB alignment caused by the rise and contraction of the four materials;solving the problem of the gold surface of the bottom of the tank contaminated by the permeable liquid water close to the groove,setting the positioning reference point in the inner unit,and then using charge coupled device(CCD)alignment drilling to achieve high precision through-hole and back drilling;using resin blade to achieve high precision shape cutting;designing the grooved steel mesh and nail rake scraper to complete the automatic placement of the components at the bottom of the groove to achieve the effect of welding.Finally,a 77 GHz millimeter wave radar antenna is achieved.
