Coated aluminum foil entry board is widely used in printed circuit board(PCB)mechanical drilling,especially in the drilling process of small holes.They can effectively improve the accuracy of hole positions and enhance the comprehensive drilling effect.This paper mainly studies the application of different structural coated aluminum foil products with different aluminum thickness and film thickness combinations in the mechanical drilling of holed with diameter of 0.1 mm,0.15 mm,and 0.2 mm,verifies their complex process capability index(Cpk)performance and needle breakage performance changes,and obtains the optimal matching scheme for the coated aluminum foil structure and corresponding holes.
