在电子元器件印制电路板(PCB)板图设计过程中,为了减少由于PCB设计的不规范导致的元器件端口信号质量恶化的情况,对元器件端口PCB设计走线进行了仿真和实测对比分析.经过对元器件板级模型的建立,采用微波仿真软件对所设计的板图进行理论仿真.经过多种走线方式的仿真结果和实测结果对比分析,得出元器件端口走线在PCB设计过程中最佳的走线方式,可指导电子产品设计过程中获得最优的信号质量,缩短产品研发周期.
This article introduces the process of layout design of printed circuit board(PCB)for electronic components.In order to reduce the optimization quality deterioration of component port signals caused by non-standard PCB design,this article compares and analyzes the simulation and actual measurement of component port PCB design routing.After establishing a component board level model,microwave simulation software is used to theoretically simulate the designed board diagram.After comparing and analyzing the simulation results and actual measurement results of various routing methods,the optimal routing method for component port routing in PCB design process is analyzed,which can guide the electronic product design process to obtain the best signal quality and shorten the product development cycle.
