Based on the popularity of PCB smart factories and the background of the inevitable development trend,this paper mainly describes the application of industrial Internet in PCB smart factories,including the overall framework construction of smart factories,the design scheme of key departments,and the value analysis after application,hoping to bring some reference value to the peers who are laying out smart factories in the circuit board industry.
