摘要

在行业内部竞争中,厂内运行成本是关键.针对湿法水平线的智能程序进行研究,在不增加硬件的情况下,通过修改可编程控制器(PLC)程序,在该设备运行过程中,减少加压泵浦和传送电机的运行时间,从而大幅降低该设备的水电成本.节能效果为25%~40%,达到节能减排、降本增效的目的,特别适合小批量快单、研发单、设备稼动率不足、长期待机等首件的工厂.此改造不仅为工厂降成本持续发力,同时也是积极响应国家推行的节能政策.

Abstract

In the competition within the industry,the operating cost within the factory is crucial.Research is conducted on intelligent programs for wet horizontal lines.By modifying the program of programmable logic controller(PLC),without adding hardware,the running time of the booster pump and conveyor motor can be reduced during the operation of the equipment,thereby significantly reducing the water and electricity costs of the equipment.The energy saving effect is generally between 25%and 40%,thus achieving the goal of energy conservation,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency improvement.It is particularly suitable for factories with small batch fast orders,R&D orders,insufficient equipment utilization rate,and longterm standby.This renovation not only continuously reduces costs for the factory,but also actively responds to the energy saving policies implemented by the country.
