类线束挠性印制电路板制作技术研究

针对智能网联汽车或低空飞行器,提出一种创新的挠性印制电路板(FPCB),该方案可替代线束.从加工角度反向推导设计方案,生产满足新功能需求的FPCB.成功研发出采用醋酸布胶带进行局部缠绕结构的FPCB.该技术突破了局部子板加工及叠层防撕裂技术、缠绕材料选用及缠绕加工技术和阻抗稳定性技术,为FPCB的联动性设计和加工提供新思路和新方法.
Research on the manufacturing technology of wire-harness-like FPCB
This study focuses on flexible printed circuit board(FPCB)as an alternative wiring harness for applications in intelligent connected vehicles or low altitude aircraft.The idea of reverse deduction from a processing perspective is proposed to achieve a new FPCB design that has new functionalities,and an FPCB with a local winding structure using acetate cloth tape is developed.This research breaks through the local sub board processing and laminated anti-tearing technology,selection of winding materials and winding processing technology,as well as impedance stability technology,providing new ideas and methods for the linkage design and processing of FPCB.
