An image model study on experience of tea art user
In order to improve the user experience effect of tea art, guided by the concept of"user-centered"and taking the steps of tea art as the starting point, the user experience of tea art was studied with the help of relevant methods such as kansei engineering.Firstly,16 representative tea art samples were selected through expert interviews, field research and literature research. Then, quantification theory Ⅲ was used to analyze these samples, and the image map of tea art samples was constructed to visually show the relative position rela-tionship among tea art samples.Secondly, cluster analysis was used to group tea art samples, and four types of tea art were obtained, namely tea drinking experience, tea art display experience, ritualized experience and tea playing experience.Combined with the image map of tea art, four aspects of tea art experience were summed up,namely, valuing drinking tea, entertaining others, creating atmosphere and entertaining oneself. Finally, based on the image map, experience orientation and experience type, the image model of tea art user experience was constructed, and suggestions on user experience design for four tea art experiences were raised.
