Selenium-enriched process and nutrient composition analysis of Lyophyllum decastes
To investigate the effect of selenium treatment on the yield and quality of Lyophyllum decastes,dif-ferent concentrations of selenium sources,including sodium selenite,nano selenium,and selenium amino acid,were added to the culture medium for selenium-rich cultivation of Lyophyllum decastes.The growth sta-tus,yield,total selenium content,proportion of organic selenium,and contents of main nutrient components of Lyophyllum decastes were measured under different selenium sources and concentrations.The results showed that low concentration(0.5~4.0 mg/kg)of selenium treatment promoted good growth and increased yield of Lyophyllum decastes,while high concentration(8.0~64.0 mg/kg)inhibited growth and reduced yield.Ad-ditionally,adding selenium amino acids(2.0~4.0 mg/kg)to the culture medium resulted in Lyophyllum de-castes with high selenium content and a high proportion of organic selenium.Selenium treatment increased the content of protein and total amount of 16 amino acids in Lyophyllum decastes,but had no significant effect on the content of fat,crude fiber,total sugar and carbohydrates.The results provide theoretical basis and data support for the in-depth research and large-scale production of selenium-enriched Lyophyllum decastes.
