我国啤酒文化谱系的历史演进与进阶——以青岛啤酒为例

作为舶来品,啤酒在进入中国短短百年多的时间里实现了啤酒文化本土化的转型.在列强入侵建厂生产时期,不同阶层的民众在接触啤酒的过程中衍生出"马尿酒"和"文明酒"两种对立的感觉结构.在国有化改造和发展时期,作为国货之光的啤酒在限量供应下成为民众共同追捧的"荣耀酒".改革开放以来,啤酒对内"祛魅"后回归日常生活本位,成为"消遣酒",对外超越民族和意识形态隔阂,成为中国对外传播的"名片酒".中国啤酒文化谱系的形成和演进为其他食品"引进来"和"走出去"提供了良好的文化范式.
Historical evolution and advancement of beer culture pedigree in China:take Tsingtao Beer as an example
As an exotic product from the west,beer has realized the transformation of beer culture localization in just over a hundred years in China.During the production period when the foreign powers invaded and built factories,people of different classes derived two opposing sensory structures of"horse urine wine"and"civi-lized wine"in the process of contacting beer.In the period of nationalization and development,beer,as the light of domestic products,has become the"glory wine"sought after by the people under the limited supply.Since the reform and opening-up,beer has returned to the standard of daily life after disenchantment,and has become a"recreational wine",transcending ethnic and ideological barriers and becoming a"name card wine"for China's external communication.The formation and evolution of China beer culture pedigree provides a good cultural paradigm for other foods to"bring in"and"go global".
