Optimization of laminarin extraction and its effects of anti-fatigue on mice
The response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of laminarin(Lam),and the effect on the anti-fatigue ability of mice was evaluated through a weight-bearing swimming test. The results showed that under the conditions of a liquid-solid ratio of 21∶1,multi-enzyme dosage of 1.3%,enzymolysis temperature of 65 ℃,and enzymolysis time of 181 minutes, the extraction rate of Lam could reach 11.48%.Various biochemical indicators indicated that compared to the control group, the weight-bearing swimming time of mice in each dose group of Lam were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the level of blood lactate and blood urea nitrogen were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Additionally,the hepatic/muscle glycogen content in the medium and high dose groups was also significantly increased(P<0.05).These findings indi-cate that Lam had a good anti-fatigue effect on mice and are a promising functional product for exercise.
