摘要

采用小鼠负重游泳力竭时间试验和相关生理指标测定,研究桑叶多糖对小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响.结果表明:服用一定量的桑叶多糖可以显著延长小鼠游泳(负重)力竭时长,减少小鼠体内乳酸、尿素氮和丙二醛的蓄积,增加肌糖原和肝糖原的储备量,提高乳酸脱氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的含量和总抗氧化能力,还可以上调PGC-1α、NRF-1及TFAM基因的表达量,改善因疲劳而引起的对心肌细胞和肝脏细胞的损伤.

Abstract

To Study the effect of mulberry leaf polysaccharides on anti-fatigue in mice was analyzed by weight-bearing swimming test of mice and related physiological indicators.The results showed that taking a certain a-mount of mulberry leaf polysaccharides significantly prolonged exhaustion time of weight-bearing swimming,re-duced the content of lactic acid,urea nitrogen and malondialdehyde in mice,enhanced the storage capacity of muscle glycogen and hepatic glycogen,increased the content of lactate dehydrogenase,superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase,and total antioxidant capacity,up-regulated the gene expression of PGC-1α,NRF-1 and TFAM,and also improved the damage to myocardial cells and liver cells caused by fatigue.
