地方应用型本科高校质量文化建设路径探微

摘要
地方应用型本科高校以培养高素质应用型人才为己任.建设具有自身特点的大学质量文化,有利于彰显地方应用型本科高校"地方性""应用型""特色化"办学优势,更好地服务国家、服务社会、服务地方发展,保障学生成长、成人、成才,持续提升学校社会影响力和办学竞争力.在制定和完善大学质量文化建设基本制度、将质量文化建设纳入高校制度体系的基础上,构建起教学质量动态监测与反馈机制、教学质量保障内外联动机制、应用型师资教育培养机制和教育教学质量报告发布机制,对全面提高人才培养质量、培养能够担当民族复兴大任的高素质应用型本科人才具有重要现实意义.
Abstract
Local application-oriented universities are committed to cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents.Their construction of a quality culture with their unique features is conducive to highlighting their advantages of being local,application-oriented and charac-teristic so as to guarantee the growth and development of students and continuously improve the social influence and competitiveness of the university.On the basis of formulating and perfecting the basic system of university quality culture construction and engaging it in the university governance system,we should build up a dynamic teaching quality monitoring and feedback mechanism,internal-external linkage mechanism,application-oriented teachers ed-ucation mechanism and educational and teaching quality report release mechanism.It is of re-alistic significance for comprehensively improving the talent training quality and cultivating high-quality applied undergraduate talents committed to national rejuvenation.
