摘要
根据新农科人才知识宽度、能力宽广和素质宽厚的要求,以及下得去农村、用得上专业技能、耐得住寂寞、上得来求学深造的培养目标,新农科人才培养应以优化组合、转型化合为总纲领,并形成跨界创新、跨学科专业建设的人才培养理念;应从思想政治与专业教育、学科集群、教学团队、多元平台、课程体系、数字教育与传统教育、交流渠道、先进评价体系等八个方面的融合出发,构建新农科人才培养模式.
Abstract
In the light of the requirements of new agricultural talents in terms of knowledge,ability and quality,as well as their willingness to work in rural areas,opportunities in using their professional skills,persistence in enduring loneliness,and ability in pursuing further education,the exploration is conducted to construct a talent training mechanism for the new discipline of agriculture so as to implement the notion of cross-field innovation and cross-dis-ciplinary construction of agricultural programs.The mechanism has been proved fruitful through the integration in eight aspects:ideological and political education and professional education,subject clusters,instructional teams,diverse platforms,curriculum systems,digital and traditional education,communication channels,and evaluation systems.
