专业学习驱动力直接推动和影响大学生的学习行为,也影响高校人才培养质量的提升.普通高校部分大学生专业学习驱动力不足,主要表征为大学生价值观念系统中专业学习意义感的结构性缺失和行为倾向系统中不良专业学习习惯的养成.专业学习目标不清晰等内生变量以及社会功利思潮影响等外在变量共同影响和制约大学生专业学习驱动力的生成.激励大学生专业学习驱动力的主要策略有四,即以崇高的理想信念引领专业学习驱动力、以科学的考核机制激发专业学习驱动力、以创新的教学方法催生专业学习驱动力、以浓厚的校园文化涵养专业学习驱动力.
The academic learning drive directly boosts the learning performance of college students,and also affects the quality of university talent cultivation.The inadequacy of aca-demic learning drive among some college students is mainly represented as their structural absence of the sense of significance in academic learning in their value system and as their de-viated learning habits in their behavioral tendency system.Internal variables such as unclear learning goals and external variables such as utilitarian trends jointly restrain the driving forces from being generated among college students.Four strategies can be taken to motivate their academic learning:guidance of lofty ideals and beliefs,scientific assessment,innovative instruction,and favorable campus culture.
