The present cultivation of college students'network responsibility awareness is faced with the problems of single educational subject,lack of substantial content,uncertain methods and imperfect environment.The main causes include the poor network responsibili-ty awareness of individual college student,family neglect,unscientific education in universi-ties,and negative network environment.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the core role of the joint efforts of multiple subjects,promote the supporting role of the combination of theory and practice,exert the carrier role of a good network environment,and improve the guaranteeing role of regulations.Comprehensively strengthening and implementing col-lege students'network responsibility awareness education will help maintain the stable oper-ation of cyberspace and the healthy development of network society.
