Integrating specialized education with innovation and entrepreneurship is a concept running through the whole process and various links of talent training in application-oriented universities,and has its unique internal development logic.These universities should elimi-nate the path dependence of traditional professional education and innovation and entrepre-neurship education,break through the path locking from cognitive,technological,functional and administrative aspects,and focus on concept,practice,management and guarantee,strengthening internal governance,promoting external coordination,and building up an edu-cational model centering on institutional innovation with tight links in three aspects and inte-gration of four domains.
