From the theoretical perspective of academic entrepreneurship,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 949 innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in various univer-sities across China and a structural equation model was constructed to verify the influence mechanism of college teachers'academic entrepreneur ship experience on the teaching effect of innovation and entrepreneurial education.The results show the significant direct positive im-pact of the independent variable on the dependent variable.The academic entrepreneurship experience actively promotes the teaching effect of innovation and entrepreneurial education via college teachers'improvement in instructional cognition and ability.Therefore,we should further strengthen the practice of academic entrepreneurship and improve the level of instructional knowledge and action so as to improve the teaching effect of innovation and en-trepreneurial education.
