摘要

国际中文教师评价能力是指教师以促进中文学习和培养跨文化能力为评价理念,综合运用评价知识和现代技术资源围绕学生中文学习开展评价实践的能力.技术赋能下的评价实践是国际中文教师评价能力的突出特点.在国际中文教育"内涵式、高质量"转型升级过程中,教师评价能力具有促进教师发展和学生成长,支撑国际中文教育学科建设,助推国际中文教育事业发展和接轨国际教师标准的四重价值意蕴.

Abstract

The assessment literacy of international Chinese language teachers refers to the teachers'capability in making comprehensive assessment on Chinese language learning with their professional knowledge and modern technology aimed at promoting Chinese language learning and cultivating cross-cultural competence.Technology-empowered assessment prac-tice is the prominent feature of the assessment literacy.During the connotation and quality-oriented transformation and upgrading period of international Chinese language education,the assessment literacy has quadruple values of promoting teacher development and student growth,supporting the disciplinary construction of international Chinese language educa-tion,boosting its development as a mission and converging with the world-recognized teacher standards.
