高校"Z世代"思想政治教育模式创新与实践探赜

Innovation and Practice of Ideological and Political Education Mode for"Generation Z"in Universities

被称为"网生代""互联网世代""二次元世代""数媒土著"的"Z世代"呈现出区别于其他世代的特征.面向"Z世代"的高校思想政治教育面临教育主体权威性和话语权受挑战、平台建设相对滞后、思政工作队伍素质相对不高、管理机制不够完善等现实挑战.高校针对"Z世代"思想政治教育进行创新,可以通过构建"三主多辅"新媒体矩阵、贯通线上线下课堂、赋能思政工作队伍建设、搭建立体化实践育人体系、开展校地合作等措施,构建更有效的新模式,提升思想政治教育效能.
"Generation Z,"also known as"cyber-born generation,""Internet generation,""two-dimension generation,"or"natives of digital media,"present various features different from other generations.And the ideological and political education for"Generation Z"in uni-versities faces some realistic challenges,including the challenged education subject authority and discourse power,the relatively backward platform construction,the less impressive team quality for ideological and political education,the imperfect management mechanism and so on.To innovate ideological and political education for"Generation Z",we should strive for the construction of a new media matrix composed of three main channels and many auxiliary means,connect the online and offline classrooms,improve the capacity of the team of ideo-logical and political education,establish a three-dimensional practice-based educational sys-tem,and fulfill cooperation between the schools and local communities,so as to build up a more effective new model to improve the efficiency of ideological and political education.
