随着中国高等教育进入高质量发展阶段,学生参与大学治理对于建设现代化大学尤为重要.哥伦比亚大学作为高校治理领域的先行者,在学生参与大学治理方面有着自身独特的政策先鞭和策略优势.采用扎根理论分析哥伦比亚大学学生参与治理的政策文本,可以凝练出其治理模式中所贯彻的自治、民主、高效的治理理念,公平、公正、公开和规范的治理要求,多方参与、多维途径和多点支撑的参与过程,"综合十深远"的成效评价体系等一系列高校治理经验.以此为鉴,我国高校需进一步完善学生参与制度,提升学生治理的权利比重,拓宽学生参与大学治理的途径.
With China's higher education entering a stage of high-quality development,student participation in university governance is particularly important for building up mod-ern universities.As a pioneer in university governance,Columbia University has its unique policy and strategy advantages in student participation.Grounded study of the policy texts of Columbia University as for student participation helps summarize the governance concepts of autonomy,democracy,and efficiency,the requirements of fairness,impartiality,transpar-ency,and standardization,the feature of variety in the subjects,channels and support of governance,and the performance assessment system of comprehensiveness and profundity.Referring to the experience of Columbia University,our universities need to further improve the student participation system,promoting and expanding the proportion and channels of student participation in university governance.
