技术赋能与主动治理:数智化社会价值观培育的挑战及应对

作为新质生产力的代表,数智技术深刻变革着人类生产方式、思维方式和社会关系结构,推动人类进入人机互动、虚实共生、智慧互联的数智化社会.宏观上,数智化社会生成的新主权空间,迫切需要社会主义价值观念体系的主动治理;微观上,个体需要科学正确的价值观念导航数智时代自身发展.数智化社会显著的开放透明、自由包容和共建共享特征不仅为价值观培育拓展了新场域,也为创新价值观培育路径和载体带来技术驱动.但机遇中有挑战,如数智化社会加速的话语去中心化、数据流量构架、身体感知迭变等深刻影响着价值观培育.为此,亟须创新话语叙事畅通多元群体互动,推动主流价值的智能传播;祛魅技术逻辑驾驭数智实践应用,提升价值主体的数智素养;拓展身体和虚体感知的互联共生,增强人际间价值情感凝聚.
As a representative of new quality productive forces,digital and intelligent tech-nology is profoundly transforming human production methods,thinking patterns,and social relation structures,and is bringing man into a digital and intelligent society featuring man-machine interaction,co-existence of substantiality and virtuality,and intelligent mutual con-nection.In macroscopic aspect,a new space of rights generated in a digital and intelligent so-ciety requires the proactive governance of the socialist value system.Microscopically,indi-viduals need scientific values to guide self-development.This sort of transparent,liberal,in-clusive,co-constructive and sharing society not only expands new fields for value cultivation,but also brings technological drive to innovate the path and carrier of value cultivation.How-ever,new challenges emerge at the same time:the accelerated decentralization of discourse,data flow structure,and changes of physical perception all affect value cultivation.There-fore,it is urgent to promote the intelligent dissemination of mainstream values,enhance the digital and intelligence literacy of value subjects,and boost the interpersonal value emotion connection by innovating the discourse modes of diverse groups interaction,disenchanting the technological logic,and extending the connection between physical and virtual percep-tion.
