As the highest level of China's national education sequence,post-graduate educa-tion assumes the mission of cultivating top-notch talents,innovating and creating.The con-temporary post-graduate education still witnesses confusion in concept and category,insuffi-cient consideration into classified training,discipline-trade detachment,low-level integration between production and learning,rigid management and assessment,weak ability in collabo-rated development.Therefore,both recruitment and cultivation should take classification in-to consideration so as to optimize the talent selection mode and improve talent training sys-tem.In addition,scientific assessment must be emphasized to promote the endogenous moti-vation and training effectiveness.
