The current society is experiencing rapid changes driven by the new quality pro-ductive forces,which poses unprecedented challenges to the education system and talent training mode.The new quality productivity and education mode change are the mutual driv-ing force for each other.The cross-disciplinary collaborative education in the background of new quality productivity faces multiple challenges in practice,including institutional barri-ers,insufficient resource allocation and the constraints of cultural tradition.These problems can be solved by establishing cross-disciplinary education policy framework,constructing comprehensive resource support system,encouraging teachers'cross-disciplinary develop-ment,strengthening students'comprehensive ability training for future industries,and es-tablishing new evaluation and feedback mechanism.
