In recent years,original TV cultural programs represented by Chinese Spelling Hero,Everlasting Classics and National Treasure have reconstructed China's cultural memory in multiple forms.Cultural Programs in dance form such as China in Intangible Cultural Heritage and Dance for a Thousand Years have promoted the the transfor-mation of the transmission carrier of the Chinese cultural memory from"non-embodied"to"embodied".Through body shaping,body narrative and body metaphors,these dance shows reconstruct the characters,stories and ideolo-gies of the Chinese cultural memory,demonstrate strong cultural values and innovative significance,and provide new thoughts for the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent Chinese traditional culture.
