摘要

苏轼黄州任内饮食书写按内容可分为三类:其一,饮食的书写,即对主食、果蔬、荤腥、饮品等可直接食用之物的书写;其二,饮食行为的书写,即烹饪、酿造等直接与饮食相关的实践活动书写,这些书写拓展了苏轼饮食书写的内容;其三,实践性劳作的书写,苏轼在黄州时期躬耕自立,涵养精神,为直接饮食、饮食行为作原料上的准备,是极具创造性的饮食书写内容.

Abstract

During Su Shi's tenure in Huangzhou,his dietary writing can be divided into three categories based on content:firstly,food-related writings,i.e.,writings of edible items such as staple foods,fruits and vegetables,meat and fish,and beverages;secondly,behavior-related writings,namely writings about activities directly associat-ed with food,such as cooking and brewing,which extended the scope of Su Shi's dietary writing;thirdly,writings about labour.During his time in Huangzhou,Su Shi engaged himself in farming and became self-sufficient,cultiva-ting his spirit as well as preparing raw materials for direct diet and dietary behavior,which was a highly creative con-tent of dietary writing.
