效率与公平是推进中国式现代化进程中必须处理好的一对重要关系.中国共产党一直致力于效率与公平二者关系的探索,积累了丰富的成功经验.继续推进中国式现代化,必须深化新历史条件下正确处理效率与公平关系问题的理论认识,通过提供良好发展环境、营造公正就业环境、规范社会分配秩序、构建机会公平机制等举措实现以公平保效率、以效率促公平的良性互动.
Abstract
Efficiency and fairness are two crucial aspects that must be delicately balanced in the process of advan-cing China's distinctive modernization.Neither can be neglected.The Communist Party of China has consistently endeavored to explore the harmonious interaction between these two aspects,accumulating abundant successful expe-riences through a century of unwavering practical exploration.To further promote China's modernization,it is essen-tial to deepen our theoretical understanding of the correct handling of the relationship between efficiency and fairness under the new historical conditions.This can be achieved by fostering a favorable development environment,promo-ting equitable job opportunities,regulating the order of social distribution,and establishing mechanisms for fair ac-cess to opportunities.Such efforts ensure a virtuous cycle where equity guarantees efficiency and efficiency,in turn,fosters equity.
