党建引领高校"一站式"学生社区育人体系构建研究

以高质量党建引领高校"一站式"学生社区育人体系构建有助于加强党对高校的全面领导、凸显高校基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用、推动高校"一融双高"建设,鉴于当前存在的全员育人的凝聚力不足、条件保障不到位、学生参与热情不高等现实困境,提出以师生党员为先锋、协同化推进育人力量下沉社区,以基层党组织为核心、构建多元化激励保障机制,以"一站式"学生社区为主要场域、全面激发学生的主观能动性等对策性建议.
Abstract
The construction of"one-stop"student communities education system led by high-quality party building in colleges and universities can help to strengthen the comprehensive leadership of the party,highlight the role of grassroots party organizations as a fortress,and effectively promote the construction of"integration and double height".In view of the current difficulties such as insufficient cohesion in educating all employees,inadequate guar-antee of conditions,and low enthusiasm for student participation,etc.it is proposed to take teacher and student par-ty members as the vanguard,collaborate to promote the sinking of education forces into the community,take grassro-ots party organizations as the core,build a diversified incentive and guarantee mechanism,and take the"one-stop"student community as the main field comprehensive stimulation of students'subjective initiative and other strategic suggestions,etc.
