曾昭抡《缅边日记》中的边地城市书写

摘要
《缅边日记》描写的边地城市分为汉地边城和少数民族边城.两种边城在街道布局、城市建筑、生活习惯上有明显差异,体现出两种边城受到现代性冲击后产生的不同影响.边地城市在冲击中显现出自身独特性,包括汉地边城发展的滞后,少数民族边城民族化与现代化的交融.基于此,作者不仅刻画了边地城市整体风貌,还针对边地城市传统工艺的延续、边地城市的制度变迁等现代性变化以及少数民族人文关怀缺失这一尚待解决的困难提出了见解与思考,边地游记的意义就此确立.
Abstract
The border cities depicted in Myanmar Border Diary can be categorized into two types,those inhabited by Han Chinese and ones by ethnic minorities.Obvious differences can be found between the two types of cities in street layout,urban architecture,and living habits,reflecting the different impacts of modernity on them.In the face of modernity,uniqueness of border cities is shown,either in the lagging development of Han Chinese border cit-ies or the integration of ethnicity and modernity in ethnic border cities.Based on this,the author depicts the overall features of the border cities.Moreover,the author provides insights into and reflections on issues caused by modern changes such as the inheritance of traditional crafts and institutional changes,and the lack of humanistic care for ethnic minorities,which are problems yet to be solved.Thus,the significance of borderland travelogues is estab-lished.
