摘要

情感劳动在高职心理健康教育中通过情感共鸣、互动式教学与个性化辅导,有效促进了师生间的情感交流与理解,显著提升了学生的心理健康水平,增强了课堂参与度与师生关系和谐.研究案例表明,情感劳动是提升高职心理健康教育质量的有效途径.

Abstract

Through emotional resonance,interactive teaching and personalized counseling,affective labor effectively promotes emotional communication and understanding between teachers and students,significantly improves students'mental health,and enhances classroom participation and harmonious teacher-student relationships.Case studies show that emotional labor is an effective way to improve the quality of higher vocational mental health educa-tion.
