摘要

生命教育作为高校心理健康教育的重要内容,越来越受到重视.但仍然存在着政策高度重视与保障相对滞后之间的矛盾、生命意义感不足与教育内容不匹配之间的矛盾、生命教育多样化需求与教育资源不足之间的矛盾等现实问题.将积极心理学融于生命教育,从挖掘积极优势、培养积极情绪、优化积极关系、强化积极应对、促进积极成长等方面丰富生命教育内容,设立积极教育目标、丰富积极教育形式、开展积极教育实践、夯实积极育人力量、构建生命预警机制等"五位一体"工作格局,推动生命教育落地生根.

Abstract

Life education,as an important part of college mental health education,is receiving increasing attention currently.However,there are still practical problems such as the contradiction between high attention policy-wise and relatively lagging institutional guarantee,the contradiction between students'lack of life value and mismatched content of life education,and the contradiction between diversified needs for life education and insufficient educa-tional resources.We should integrate positive psychology into life education to enrich its content by exploring posi-tive advantages,cultivating positive emotions,optimizing positive relationships,strengthening positive coping strate-gies,and encouraging positive personal growth.We should establish the"Five-in-one"work pattern by setting positive educational goals,diversifying positive educational forms,conducting positive educational practices,consolidating pos-itive educational forces,and building an early-warning life-crisis mechanism so that life education can take root.
