青年编辑在职业发展中会遇到不同的情绪困境,如求"进"的思想与现有出版情况产生冲突、"作嫁衣"却得不到认可、想发展却迷茫受挫、工作激情逐渐消退等,分析了困境的成因,提出了青年编辑应正确认知和处理问题,夯实基础不断学习,做好规划笃定前行,掌握一技之长,增强学养和学趣,拓宽眼界与求教前辈.
Abstract
Young editors encounter different emotional dilemmas in their career development,such as the conflict between the pursuit of"advancement"and the existing publishing situation,lack of recognition in the long process of editing,confusion and setbacks in development,certain problems in communication and interaction,and a gradu-al fading in work passion.This paper analyzes the causes of the dilemma and proposes the following solutions:recog-nize and handle problems correctly,lay a solid foundation for continuous learning,make a good plan to move forward firmly,master a skill and enhance the cultivation and interest in learning,broaden their horizons and seek advice from seniors.
