Selection of short quantum path of harmonic emission by using inhomogeneous orthogonal laser
The control of the quantum path of harmonic emission driven by the orthogonal laser has been theoreti-cally investigated. The results show that, under the proper combination of the polarization angle of the two-color pulse and the inhomogeneous parameter, not only the harmonic cutoff can be obviously increased, but also the short quantum path can be selected to contribute to the harmonic continuum. Moreover, the present scheme is still suitable for longer duration lasers. Finally,by using the harmonics on the harmonic continuum, the isolated attosecond pulses of 50 as can be obtained.
