The designed aluminum alloy horizontal pallet was introduced from the aspects of material,size,structure and characteristic,and the simulation analysis was carried out to obtain the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram of the aluminum alloy horizontal pallet under static load condition and dynamic load condition,which is confirmed to meet the requirement and has the value of popularization and application.
