摘要

介绍了翻转平台的结构和翻转平台液压系统的原理,应用AMESim软件建立翻转平台液压系统的模型,并进行仿真分析.仿真分析结果表明,节流调速阀、平衡阀等设计合理,翻转平台液压系统满足要求.

Abstract

The structure of the overturning platform and the principle of the hydraulic system of the overturning platform were introduced,and the model of the hydraulic system of the overturning platform was established by using AMESim software,and the simulation analysis was carried out.The simulation result shows that the design of the throttle speed control valve and balance valve is reasonable,and the hydraulic system of the overturning platform meets the requirement.
