封孔工艺对6061铝合金硬质氧化膜绝缘性能的影响

6061铝合金硬质氧化之后,可以通过不同的封孔工艺提高硬质氧化膜绝缘性能.通过试验,分析不同封孔工艺对硬质氧化膜绝缘性能的影响.试验结果表明,常温封孔时间为30 min时,击穿电压达到1 542 V.常温封孔之后增加热水洗,可以显著提高硬质氧化膜绝缘性能.热水洗时间为10 min时,击穿电压由为2 199 V.在60 min内,沸水封孔时间与击穿电压成正相关,封闭速率约为1 μ m/min.沸水封孔时间为60 min时,击穿电压为1 909 V.石蜡封孔为填充型机理,击穿电压随封孔时间而产生的变化不大.
After the hard oxidation of 6061 aluminum alloy,the insulation performance of the hard oxide film can be improved through different sealing processes.Through the experiment,the influence of different sealing processes on the insulation performance of the hard oxide film was analyzed.The test result shows that the breakdown voltage reaches 1 542 V when the sealing time is 30 min at room temperature.After sealing the hole at room temperature,hot water washing can be added to significantly improve the insulation performance of the hard oxide film.When the hot water washing time is 10 min,the breakdown voltage is 2 199 V.Within 60 min,the boiling water sealing time is positively correlated with the breakdown voltage,and the sealing rate is about 1μ m/min.When the boiling water sealing time is 60 min,the breakdown voltage is 1 909 V.The paraffin sealing mechanism is a filling mechanism,and the breakdown voltage does not change much with the sealing time.
