为分析剥落腐蚀对6005A铝合金力学性能的影响,对6005A铝合金板材进行试验,并进行力学性能测试,得到不同腐蚀时间的力学性能下降率和下降程度.结果表明,6005A铝合金板材力学性能随腐蚀时间的延长而降低,经过腐蚀的6005A铝合金板材会出现沿晶微裂纹和腐蚀缺口,在拉应力作用下产生应力集中,导致力学性能降低.
In order to analyze the influence of spalling corrosion on mechanical property of 6005A aluminum alloy,test on 6005A aluminum alloy plate was carried out,and the mechanical property was tested to obtain the degradation rate and degree of mechanical property at different corrosion times.The result shows that the mechanical property of 6005A aluminum alloy plate decreases with the extension of corrosion time,and the corroded 6005A aluminum alloy plate will have microcrack along grain and corrosion gap,resulting in stress concentration under tensile stress,and the reduction of mechanical property.
