对铝制电池托盘的结构和加工工艺流程进行了介绍,对单件加工、装配组对、焊接、气密性检测、整体机加工、铆接、尺寸检测进行了工艺分析,并重点分析了对铝制电池托盘质量影响较大的底板水道口密封,为挤压铝电池托盘的加工提供参考.
Abstract
The structure and processing technology of aluminum battery tray were introduced,and the process analysis of single-piece processing,assembly,welding,air tightness testing,overall machining,riveting and size detection was carried out,and the detailed analysis of the bottom plate waterway mouth seal was made,which has a great impact on the quality of aluminum battery tray,to provide a reference for the processing of extruded aluminum battery tray.
