高温工业管道常见于大型石油化工装置,敷设方式复杂,仅依靠法定定期检验和日常宏观检查难以发现腐蚀缺陷.介绍了基于组合超声波技术的高温工业管道在线监测方法,分析了基本原理、优势、局限性和系统组成,并给出了三个案例.实践证明,基于组合超声波技术的在线监测方法是一种能够满足在役高温工业管道腐蚀监测的有效技术手段.
High-temperature industrial pipeline is commonly found in large-scale petrochemical plant,the laying method is complex,and it is difficult to find corrosion defect only by relying on statutory regular inspection and daily macroscopic inspection.The online monitoring method of high-temperature industrial pipeline based on combined ultrasonic technology was introduced,the basic principle,advantage,limitation and system composition were analyzed,and three cases were given.It has been proved in practice that the online monitoring method based on combined ultrasonic technology is an effective technical means to meet the corrosion monitoring of high-temperature industrial pipeline in service.
