The overall scheme of the online quality detection technology of the crane flexible assembly line was introduced,the application of the cyber-physical system was analyzed,and the information platform for the closed-loop dynamic control of the crane quality was designed.Compared with the traditional quality control mode,the detection process capacity,assembly efficiency,and early failure rate of product have been significantly improved by using the online quality detection technology of the crane flexible assembly line.
