针对轨道交通车辆空气弹簧在劣化过程中本体高度变化难以检测,压力测量精度不高,缺乏智能预警功能等问题,设计了轨道交通车辆空气弹簧智能监测系统.对这一监测系统的结构、硬件、软件、工作过程进行了介绍,并分析了技术创新点.这一监测系统应用智能传感技术、数据转储技术、智能预警技术,可以精确测量空气弹簧内部间隙变化、内压值变化,实现智能预警提示检修,进而能够提高检修效率,节约检修成本.
In view of the problems such as the difficulty in detecting the change of body height in the deterioration process of air spring in rail transit vehicle,the low accuracy of pressure measurement,and the lack of intelligent early warning function,an intelligent monitoring system for air spring in rail transit vehicle was designed.The structure,hardware,software and working process of this monitoring system were introduced,and the technological innovation point was analyzed.This monitoring system applies intelligent sensing technology,data dump technology and intelligent early warning technology,which can accurately measure the change of internal clearance and the change of internal pressure value of air spring,realize intelligent early warning and maintenance,and thus improve maintenance efficiency and save maintenance cost.
