In order to improve the installation quality control level of unit equipment in large-scale petrochemical plant,the installation management of unit equipment of petrochemical plant was studied.In view of the general installation control system of unit equipment,three aspects were analyzed such as preliminary preparation and planning,on-site installation control,and communication management,and suggestion was put forward based on actual work.In the prelimirary preparation and planning,it is to strengthen the pre-examination of drawing,reasonably arrange the arrival plan,and improve the effect of unpacking and joint inspection.In the on-site installation control,it is to strengthen the foundation treatment and protection,strengthen the protection of the equipment in place process,and improve the quality of alignment and leveling and grouting quality.Doing a good job of communication management throughout the process to ensure that communication is immediate,accurate and effective.Through the research,it provides a reference for the improvement of the installation quality control level of unit equipment of petrochemical plant.
