通过显微检测、力学检测、晶粒度检测、弯曲检测,对比分析不同成分的6082铝合金中镁、硅、锰元素对6082铝合金性能的综合性影响.镁和硅元素以一定比例结合成Mg2Si,并且剩余一定量的硅元素.由于加入镁、硅元素的量不同,导致Mg2Si和过剩硅具有不同的配比关系,直接影响时效后的力学性能及弯曲性能.锰元素的作用主要是抑制再结晶,控制晶粒度,并对弯曲后的橘皮现象具有影响.
The comprehensive effect of magnesium,silicon and manganese on the property of 6082 aluminum alloy with different ingredients was compared and analyzed through microscopic detection,mechanical detection,grain size detection and bending detection.The elements of magnesium and silicon are combined into Mg2Si in a certain proportion,and a certain amount of silicon is remaining.Owing to the different amounts of magnesium and silicon elements added,Mg2Si and excess silicon have different proportionality relationship,which directly affects the mechanical property and bending property after aging.The function of manganese is mainly to inhibit recrystallization,control grain size,and has an effect on the phenomenon of orange peel after bending.
